  3. Your site and Brian Delmonico’s holistic health and fitness company, Circuit of Change, have turned me into a true runner. Thank you so much for all of your help and if you get a chance check out a Circuit of Change class, it is unlike anything I have ever found in this city!

  4. Do you have any tips for layering during the marathon? I’m running NYC in just under two weeks and am trying to figure out long sleeve/short sleeve layers, etc.
