HIIT 100 Workout

Another gorgeous summer, I mean fall, day outside.  No matter what the weather is like outside, I always enjoy working out at home. I think I get it from my mom who can rock an home work out video like no other.

Now that I live in a first floor unit, I never have to worry about disturbing the residents below me, which is great. #apartmentproblems This week I actually did three at home workouts, which made me want to create one of my own.

This HIIT workout is tough, but it’s nice to be able to count down and just have 1 round total.  Sidenote: I had a barre instructor who counted up the other day and it totally threw me! If you want to make the workout easier take breaks as needed.  If you want to smash it all out in one go as quickly as possible with good form, you’re my hero.

Week in Workouts:

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: Flywheel

Wednesday: Orange Theory Run/Row

Thursday: Mile High Run Club – High 45

Friday: mostly rest, but threw in a 10 minute workout from Kayla Itsines

Saturday: Fitnessista Fall Fitness Plan HIIT + Core (killer)

Sunday: Fitnessnista Fall Fitness Plan Total Body Strength + Sweat & a 15 minute run
